what I think would be nice is once the baby is born get headline news for that day, the zodiac sign and the meaning, the price of gas, politics, etc. Tha way when the child gets older he/she can look back on it and say Gosh, I didn't know that!

Here’s a quick, easy and inexpensive idea for a Valentine’s day gift, yet one that is very personal: make him a digital scrapbook page at CropMom, then have the page printed on the cover of a lined notebook or coffee mug or travel mug at Snapfish or Shutterfly.

CropMom is an online scrapbooking site where you can upload your own photos, then make a digital scrapbook page using your photos and CropMom’s graphics. You can add your own text, too. It’s free to use. If you like the layout you’ve made, purchase the high-resolution JPEG file (it’s cheap) and then upload it to Shutterfly or Snapfish. Have it turned into a photo mug or the cover of a lined spiral notebook.

It makes a very personal gift, yet’s extremely professional looking and it won’t cost a lot.

I have done my children’t scrapbooks and found these sites were really helpful and it’s amazing what you can find that is out of the box so to speak. Remember to use your imagination and it’s wonderful what you can come up with.

With the economy being the way it is right now, there are many things that you can do from home that can be very romantic and save you alot of money!
Here are some ideas
1. Breakfast in bed
2. Write a love letter and put it in a bottle
3. Romantic, sweet, or erotic coupons
4. Rent a movie and enjoy it together
5. Romantic walk at the beach/park

Well, try doing one specific project at a time. For example, if you know you're going to be making several pages in a scrapbook of your trip to the beach, you can narrow down what you'd like to bring fairly easily. If you're worried that one project won't be enough, you can easily organize several projects and just keep them either in plastic bags or plastic project totes (they make really nice ones at JoAnn crafts meant for making projects portable). This way, you can keep pictures and paper and embellishments all together in one place. It makes leaving off on a project easier, too, because everything you were working on can stay together neatly. Hope that helps and I hope you're doing well! No one likes the hospital. :/

I just did a baby scrapbook for a friend who is due later in the summer.
I did one that she can fill up with pictures with in the first few months. It is going to be quite some time before the baby walks.

Some of my layouts where
First photo
first pix with Mommy
first pix with Daddy
I’m going home
first car ride
First bath.
Pix with Grandpa/ma-both sets-so that was 4 pages
Nap time
My nursery
The front page was for the birth announcement
The back page was for them to write how baby got their name
I had room on some of the pages for her to journal.

You could add
my pets (if they have any)
Photos of my first home
first visitor
Aunts and Uncles

Heyy,

You poor thing!!! Why are you in hospital? Well, what i do is i get a box and keep all my stuff in it. I also have a smaller box that has all my embellishments in it for safe keeping. Take it to the hospital and leave it there. If you can sit on the floor, do it there. Otherwise grab the stuff you need from the box and put it back when you are finished. I am a fellow scrapbooker myself.

Add me and ill keep you updated with good ideas if you want.
